The CIS Team

Richard joined the CIS team in 2020, his primary focus is servicing existing group benefits clients and developing new relationships. With a passion for helping businesses and their employees, Richard has a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of companies when it comes to providing comprehensive and cost-effective employee benefits packages. Richard has a strong track record of successfully designing and implementing insurance programs that meet the unique needs of each client, while also staying within their budget. 

Prior to working at CIS, Richard worked with the capital markets team at a global commercial real estate brokerage. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, and is currently working towards a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
