Ben joined the CIS team in 2013, in his first year he completed an employee benefits internship with Benefits by Design. Ben has vast experience and knowledge in employee benefit plans, and employer savings plans. 

Today Ben oversees all company divisions, his primary focus is wealth management along with estate and business planning.

Ben recognizes that one of the most important skills that people of his generation can learn is the ability to take control of their own financial future. Ben applies his knowledge of practical financial management solutions to help clients to identify financial goals, understand debt and to develop structured savings plans.

When he is not in the office Ben spends as much time as he can outdoors.
