We provide advice on employment issues as it relates to managing an employee benefits plans, including information and assistance related employment standards, best practice guides, and policy manuals.
Reporting
Your claims experience will be monitored by us on a regular basis and we will alert you to any potential problems which may be developing. At every policy renewal, we will negotiate the new rate structure with each of your plan underwriters. If the terms, conditions, or costs of your existing benefits become outdated or inappropriate by market standards, suitable alternatives will be recommended. We will prepare an annual report that will review the performance of the pooled and experience rated benefits. In addition, we address the inflationary trends and outline the administrative fees and charges. We will present our report and review our findings in detail at a client meeting.
